How Is the Smart Road Network Technical Support System Built

In recent years, the scale of motor vehicle ownership in China has been expanding, and the traffic flow of road network has continued to grow. With the rapid increase of traffic flow and the increase of public travel frequency, road network operation management and road network operation monitoring are facing new requirements. From 0:00 on January 1, 2020, 487 provincial toll stations in 29 networked provinces in China will be cancelled. On March 4, 2020, CCTV made a comprehensive interpretation of the new infrastructure, saying that the new infrastructure refers to the infrastructure construction focusing on science and technology, mainly involving seven fields, including 5g infrastructure, UHV, intercity high-speed railway and intercity rail transit, new energy vehicle charging pile, big data center, artificial intelligence and industrial Internet, including communication, power, transportation, education Medical and other key industries of social and people's livelihood. The development of communication and transportation infrastructure will further promote the construction of smart road network in China.

Smart road network forms an optimization model for the whole system of collection, analysis, optimization and evaluation through the full perception of traffic travel, combined with the current situation data of intersections, supplemented by the optimization algorithm of background AI big data, so as to provide optimization schemes for traffic subjects (pedestrians, motor vehicles and non motor vehicles). Form an effective series of "intelligence Command service supervision", and "empower the front line" of big data research and judgment results, so as to realize the transformation of traffic police service from post-processing to accurate prevention in advance. At the same time, all kinds of illegal acts affecting the traffic efficiency of the intersection shall be intelligently perceived and accurately treated.

Under the framework of "people vehicle road cloud network", smart road network integrates 5g infrastructure, adds roadside edge computing units, strengthens the communication ability with roadside equipment, and better serves urban development.

2019 is a golden period for the development, transformation and improvement of transportation infrastructure, maintaining an overall stable and progressive trend. For example, after canceling provincial boundary stations, cloud platform technology should be used to solve the function of large-scale facility networking services.

In the future, we should actively use the cloud network integration platform to promote and form an integrated policy and technical system of "cloud management end" of road network monitoring services, build a road network cloud platform at the ministerial and provincial levels, and provide cloud services. After the complete cancellation of provincial boundary stations, the construction and application of "one cloud" of expressway monitoring and service will play an important role in toll inspection and path identification. In addition, strive to take the lead in realizing free flow service on Expressway, provide economic and convenient service mode for public travel, and form an intelligent road network management and control system with effective coordination of people, vehicles and roads.
