For Lenovo Tianyi F41 users with the above phenomena within two years from the date of purchase (based on the compliance invoice, or the factory date of the host if there is no invoice), please contact Lenovo service station for detection. If it is determined that the fault phenomenon is found, Lenovo will replace the laptop battery for you free, and the warranty period of the battery after replacement is one year; For users who have previously replaced the spare battery from Lenovo customer service due to the provision of test samples, the battery spare parts are qualified spare parts delivered by Lenovo, so the warranty is 1 year from the date of replacement.
